Returns
You may return a product within 28 days of the date of arrival. To start the return process, kindly contact our Customer Service team (hiltifanshop@brandoncompany.com) with your order details and specify the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return form, which must always be included with the items you're sending back. Please note that returns lacking this form will not be processed. The products you're returning must be in a sellable condition with the original packaging undamaged. Once we've received your products, we will promptly reimburse you.
Faulty items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a faulty item, please contact Customer Service Team (hiltifanshop@brandoncompany.com) with your order details and advise your reason for returning the product. We will send you a return form, which should always be enclosed with the goods you are returning. Goods without a return note will not be processed.
