How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time within Europe is 3-6 working days, and outside of Europe, it is 5-12 working days. All orders are dispatched from Europe.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment is done through a credit/debit card or a PayPal account.

Can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Where can I collect my package?

Delivery is made by UPS or Schenker. Depending on the courier, your package will either be delivered to the nearest pickup point or your home address. Unfortunately, you cannot select a specific pickup location. Please be aware that the sender's name will appear as Brandon AB, not Hilti. Remember to collect your package within 10 days.

What happens if I don’t collect my package?

If the package is not collected within 10 days, it will be returned to the sender and your order (minus shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically added to your order during the checkout process. Orders within the EU/EEA/UK under 100 EUR/GBP have a fixed cost of 6 EUR/GBP, while anything above 100 EUR/GBP is free of charge. Shipping costs for all other destinations outside of EU/EEA/UK will be calculated based on weight and volume and added to the shopping cart.

Do I have to pay custom charges?

Any orders delivered within the EU will include local VAT depending on the destination but are exempt from customs duties.
Orders delivered to the UK will include local VAT, and we will calculate customs duties during checkout. No additional duties will thereafter apply.
If your order is being delivered outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs and duty fees once the shipment reaches the country of destination. You can get an estimation of the cost via "Estimated duty calculation" in the checkout step.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return any unused items within 28 days from receipt of delivery. You must return the product to us and you as the customer will be responsible for all delivery costs. Contact customer service for assistance.

How can I report a faulty item?

In the event of manufacturing or material defects Brandon AB will pay for the return freight. Warranty claims shall be submitted in writing to as soon as the fault is or should have been detected. Brandon AB customer service will assist you further.

How can I change the language?

You are able to change the language under the person icon in the header. You will find a dropdown menu with the languages available: English, German, Czech, Spanish, French, Italian.
